Lenny Gichia is the Co-Founder and Research Manager at IGREC, with over 15 years of experience leading impact evaluations and large-scale field research across Africa. He holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University and previously served in senior research and data management roles at Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA) and the International Growth Centre (IGC). Lenny has collaborated with leading universities and development organizations, including Stanford University and the University of Zurich, delivering evidence to support policy and development programs.
